Salary Range :$1500-$2000 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Job Summary:

Our client is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager who can grow and manage our brand presence—especially on Facebook and Pinterest. The right candidate will not only know how to create engaging content but also understand SEO, keyword research, and blog writing to help us expand our reach and build a strong online presence. This role also requires being the friendly and knowledgeable voice of our brand on social channels while keeping the team organized, scheduled, and on track with content plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a Facebook and Pinterest content strategy focused on audience growth, engagement, and conversions.
• Create and schedule posts, monitor activity, and engage with followers to build a community on all social media platforms.
• Manage social media notifications across platforms, ensuring a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional brand presence.
• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to both social content and blog writing.
• Write and optimize SEO-driven blog posts that connect with our embroidery audience and rank on search engines.
• Use data from Semrush and other SEO tools to guide strategy, content, and keyword targeting.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers, content creators, and affiliates to drive collaborative campaigns, support influencer marketing initiatives, and maximize overall brand exposure.
• Analyze social media and blog performance metrics to measure success and adjust strategy.
• Stay up to date on social trends, Pinterest/Facebook algorithm changes, and SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with our marketing and design teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Organize and schedule content plans for the team, keeping projects on track and deadlines met.
   

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing social media accounts for a brand or business.
• Strong experience with Facebook, Pinterest, and SEO-focused content creation.
• Proven skills in keyword research, blog writing, and content optimization.
• Excellent organizational and scheduling skills — able to plan ahead, manage timelines, and keep the team on track.
• Familiarity with tools like:
  • ChatGPT (for drafting content and ideas)
  • Semrush (SEO, keyword research, and analysis)
  • Manychat or similar (chat automation tools)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
• Data-driven mindset with a track record of improving performance through insights.
• Strong knowledge of SEO research, keyword analysis, and content structuring.
• Experience applying SEO best practices to blogs, Pinterest strategies, and YouTube descriptions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
