As our Social Media Manager , you’ll help shape the digital voice of Ignite. From highlighting programs like our Design Equity Lab to sharing knowledge from our community-centered research, your work will help us build awareness and deepen impact. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an emerging nonprofit focused on accessible tech education and justice.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and schedule social media content (primarily Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X)
• Collaborate with our team to promote programs, partnerships, and community updates
• Help craft and refine our digital presence with an eye toward accessibility, authenticity, and engagement
• Track analytics and recommend ways to grow our reach

Ideal Candidate

• Believes in equity in design, tech, and education
• Has experience with Instagram and/or other platforms
• Can commit 3-5 hours per week
• Excited to collaborate and grow with a mission-driven team
