Job Summary
● Craft and execute distinctive, on-brand content across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube that embodies ReserveOne’s voice while introducing fresh creative angles to engage both retail (including crypto-native) and institutional investor audiences.
● Pitch and execute weekly ideas that translate trends into fast, smart, shareable content that elevates ReserveOne’s brand voice.
● Track and analyze performance metrics for organic and paid campaigns, sharing insights and recommendations to optimize future initiatives
● Help produce podcasts and long-form video, shaping narratives that can be cut, repurposed, and amplified across ReserveOne’s social channels.
● Collaborate across legal, PR, IR, and leadership to ensure posts are compliant, credible, and market-ready
● Leverage short form video, graphics, and thought leadership clips to extend reach across platforms
● Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate
Qualifications
● 4+ years of experience managing social media for a crypto, tech, or financial services brand (crypto experience strongly preferred)
● Track record of growing engaged followings and driving measurable impact through both organic and paid social campaigns
● Ability to collaborate across PR, legal, and marketing to ensure messaging is cohesive, compliant, and aligned across all content.
● Strong strategic and analytical instincts, with the ability to spot trends in real time and translate insights into action
● Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills paired with a sharp visual eye
● Deep familiarity with Crypto Twitter, Discord, Reddit, and LinkedIn, with the ability to manage sentiment shifts, online debate, and fast moving news cycles without breaking stride
