Job Description
Anywhere Real Estate is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr Product Manager I to join our Product & Technology team. This pivotal role will oversee the development and implementation of key product initiatives that are essential to our company's growth, focusing on enhancing our corporate applications. These applications support critical internal departments such as Finance, Human Resources, Legal, and Corporate Communications. The Sr Product Manager I will collaborate closely with technical teams, HR business leaders, and stakeholders across the organization to drive product excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Work closely with business partners using elaboration sessions, design thinking workshops, and other techniques to build and prioritize HR product roadmap and backlog and translate business requirements for Oracle Fusion HCM and other HR systems into technical requirements.
+ Partner with technical leads, user experience designers, and your engineering team (Pod) to refine and build your product.
+ Lead your product's operational ceremonies and communications including business-focused sprint demos, bi-weekly status updates, participation in monthly portfolio reviews, and periodic planning.
+ Analyze data and create reports to identify trends and opportunities for improving and optimizing your product.
+ Stay abreast of emerging trends and innovations in AI, product management and the broader real estate industry.
+ Serve as Product Owner for your Pod, including writing stories and epics, ensuring your backlog consistently adheres to "definition of ready" for current sprint +2.
+ As our needs change, your role could evolve into a people leader.
+ Utilize common tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Microsoft Office, Teams, and Copilot.
**What You Need to Succeed:**
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and/or Oracle E-Business Suite.
+ Experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Business Analyst, or other related field.
+ Demonstrated ability to elicit and translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories and test cases, conduct gap analyses, and align solutions with strategic objectives.
+ Proven ability to lead prioritization efforts and sequence work effectively to maximize value delivery.
+ Experience with agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.)
+ Skilled in defining product roadmaps and collaborating with agile teams across concurrent initiatives.
+ Ability to document system design, create specifications, flow charts, and other related diagrams to support cross-functional understanding and implementation.
+ Results-oriented and experienced in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence without authority and build strong cross-functional relationships.
+ Detail-oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels.
