• Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Understand Subaru's lineup and match vehicles to customer needs.
• Build relationships and follow up with potential and existing customers.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on new inventory.
• Work with our finance and other department teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Sales experience is a plus- but we're willing to train the right person!
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
