Location:

• Remote (supports the San Francisco, CA office) — work from home while collaborating closely with a high-performing litigation team

Note:

• Must have 2+ years litigation paralegal experience and toxic tort litigation exposure (or closely related complex civil litigation)

Job Description

• Manage cases day-to-day: document control, calendaring, deadlines, and coordination with local counsel
• Prepare and organize litigation materials: charts, letters, forms, exhibit binders, and case files
• Support depositions: records review, deposition summaries, and attorney prep
• Assist with hearings and key filings, including trial and hearing preparation
• Handle document production and discovery support (requests, responses, coordination)
• Draft discovery documents and track responses, deficiencies, and follow-ups
• Request and manage records, including medical and other key case records

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a litigation paralegal (toxic tort strongly preferred)
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent hands-on experience
• Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment supporting multiple matters at once
