Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online, including data entry, invoicing, and account reconciliation
• Assist with general office administration, such as organizing documents and maintaining records
• Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email to address inquiries and provide information
• Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel for correspondence, scheduling, and reporting
• Support the team with additional administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with QuickBooks Online
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction
