We are looking for Full Time Field Lead Sign Installers! Experienced preferred.

Monday - Friday, plus overtime, no weekends!

Are you interested in making between $43,800 and $60,000 to start and have the opportunity to make an annual salary of over $70,000 or more for successful completion of job levels.?

As a Field Lead Sign Installer with The Sign Store, and the right qualifications, this is an achievable goal.

MUST BE WILLING AND ABLE TO WORK AN AVERAGE OF 10-15 HOURS OF OVERTIME MONDAY - FRIDAY IF NECESSARY

AND SOME OVERNIGHT TRAVEL.

The Sign Store is a custom sign shop. We have a full turn key production facility that designs, fabricates and installs a variety of residential and commercial indoor/outdoor signs that range from yard signs, to monuments to billboards and more. We service all of Georgia and the surrounding states. At the Sign Store, we have teams of Field Lead Installers and Installation Assistants. The Field team works with each other in a synchronized fashion with the helper assisting in prep work and utilizing their time providing what is needed to the Field Lead Installer when needed. This team will need to work well with each other, get along, and perform with the highest standards for quality completion of work. Must be willing to work overtime and travel overnight if needed.

What we are looking for and what we expect...

• MUST ARRIVE ON TIME EVERY DAY

• Must work well with entire staff and have a positive attitude.

• Must be self motivated, excellent organizational and time management skills

• Follow and maintain safety policies and practices

• Communicate with the VIP with important issues and progress.

• read blueprints and construction plans, learn sign types

• Must work independently with integrity and the initiative to resolve and work through any problems and/or issues that arise.

• Structural Knowledge - Must have some knowledge of how buildings are built. Ability to ensure signs are secure and inspect for proper installation and completeness

• Must inspect and maintain all tools, equipment and vehicles an a daily basis

• Must have a clean driving record

• Must be drug free

• Must enjoy working outdoors in all weather elements safely

• Have the desire and ability to work until the job is complete on a daily basis

• Have the desire and ability to work overtime Monday - Friday (8-12 hour days)

• Represent The Sign Store and protect our image by working professionally at all times, keeping vehicles clean and organized and following all safety policies and practices.

Safety is our number one priority! All installers must wear provided uniforms (including t-shirts, sweatshirts, coats, etc.) at all times. All installers must practice safety on the job by following all safety policies and wearing hard hats and lanyards at required times. Any variation in safety practices is prohibited.

Skills and Requirements (with the ability to demonstrate if necessary):

• Mechanical Aptitude - Must have some knowledge or willingness to learn signs to have the ability to troubleshoot and repair
• Structural Knowledge - Must have some knowledge of how buildings are built. Ability to ensure signs are secure and inspect for proper installation and completeness
• Electrical knowledge - a basic understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and connections preferred and/or the willingness to learn.
• Welding experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to back a trailer preferred
• Ability to work in small spaces, withstand heights, work in all weather elements safely
• Travel up to 1 week at a time occasionally, but mostly overnight.
