We're Hiring: Maintenance Technician

Full-Time | Competitive Pay | Great Team Environment - [From $20 - $25]

Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys keeping things running smoothly? Join our team as a   Maintenance Technician and help ensure a clean, safe, and functional environment for our guests and staff!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities
• Handle minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC maintenance (PTAC), and carpentry repairs.  
• Repair/replace and inspect drains, vents and supply lines, valves, sinks and toilet fixtures. Plumbing skills are a MUST .
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas and mechanical rooms
• Assist with property improvement projects as needed
• Pool Cleaning, testing, and maintenance
• Take direction from the General Manager and comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work place safety.

What We’re Looking For:

• Basic knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed. Saturdays a must
• Previous hotel or facilities maintenance experience is a plus
