Title: Jr. Copy Writer

Location: Boston, MA (Seaport)

Hybrid, 3x/week onsite

Position Summary:

The junior copywriter is responsible for writing, maintaining, and enhancing the materials provided to travelers after they reserve their trip (pre-trip copywriter). This role ensures all information is accurate, timely, and user-friendly, enabling travelers to fully prepare for their journey. Collaborates with internal departments and overseas offices to gather updates, confirm details, and deliver clear, consistent communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write, update, and maintain post-booking traveler documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity.
• Develop and distribute change letters to inform travelers of product or onsite updates, managing the full approval process.
• Compile audience mailing lists, perform data merges, and execute mailings in a timely and accurate manner.
• Research and draft detailed country-specific visa instructions for travelers.
• Process and track product changes by completing and assigning Product Change Forms.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal departments, overseas offices, and external partners to ensure consistent and accurate information.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English or similar
• Must be proficient in Word / Excel
• Conduct basic research to ensure factual accuracy and strengthen messaging.
• Adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms.
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent time management skills
• Tech savvy, ability to learn systems quickly
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and manage multiple tasks, and change direction quickly
