We’re seeking motivated Junior Fundraising Associates to join our growing team and support impactful nonprofit campaigns.
This entry-level role offers hands-on experience, paid training, and the chance to develop essential skills in donor engagement, event support, and community outreach—all while contributing to causes that matter.
Represent nonprofit partners at fundraising events, community outreach, and public activations
Engage with donors and community members to share compelling stories and inspire support
Assist with event setup, logistics, and branded materials management
Track donor interactions and contribute to campaign data collection for accurate reporting
Collaborate with fundraising and marketing teams to improve outreach effectiveness
Support ongoing donor relations and help maintain positive community engagement
Passionate about social impact and community engagement
A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Organized, dependable, and eager to learn
Comfortable in fast-paced, public-facing environments
18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree is a plus
No prior fundraising experience needed—full paid training provided!
