As a Junior Fundraising Associate, you will:
Represent leading nonprofit organizations at live fundraising events and face-to-face campaigns
Spark meaningful conversations with members of the public to raise awareness and inspire donor support
Accurately track donor information and campaign activity
Support event setup, logistics, and day-of coordination
Attend team training sessions and field coaching to improve performance and communication
Work collaboratively to meet and exceed daily and weekly campaign goals
Be a passionate advocate for the causes you represent
You don’t need prior fundraising experience—just bring the right attitude!
Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
Confident, outgoing, and able to initiate conversations in public spaces
Passionate about nonprofit causes , community service , or advocacy
Reliable, team-oriented, and driven to make a positive impact
Eager to learn, grow, and take on leadership opportunities
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Open availability for flexible shifts, including weekends
