As a Recruiter, you'll oversee the full candidate search process, collaborating closely with your assigned on-site hiring manager to meet their staffing needs and facilitate each candidate's onboarding journey. Our Recruiting team is committed to sourcing sales talent nationwide, emphasizing a swift and results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in recruiting top sales talent within your region.
• Actively source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and campus recruiting events.
• Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle, from initial contact through onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, peers, and recruiting leadership.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
