Job Description

Summary:

The QTI has partnered with a food manufacturer to recruit for a Quality Assurance Lead on 2nd Shift. A complete benefits package will become available after completing the probationary period!

• Hours: Monday to Saturday 6:00pm-2:30am
• Pay: $22.50/hr

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge and experience with quality management systems, SSOPs, Environmental hygiene programs, prerequisite programs and HACCP.
• Knowledge of relevant GFSI standards such as FDA, SQF, MOSA, RSPO, USDA.
• Knowledge and understanding of Food Safety regulations, FSMA and industry and market trends is desired.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Effective at organizing and managing multiple work tasks of a diverse nature.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Must be able to work with frequently exposure to cold, wet and/or humid conditions
