Engaging Duties:

  • Provide comprehensive care and treatment to patients diagnosed with cancer
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of the patient's medical history and current condition
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the specific needs of each patient
  • Administer radiation therapy and other cancer treatments as necessary
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care
  • Educate patients and their families about the nature of their disease, treatment options, and potential side effects
  • Document all patient interactions, treatments, and progress in electronic medical records
  • Above-average base and productivity-based compensation

Requirements:

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution - Board certification in Radiation Oncology
  • Valid state medical license to practice as a Radiation Oncologist
  • Proven experience in diagnosing and treating various types of cancer
  • Strong knowledge of current research, advancements, and best practices in Radiation Oncology
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues
