Are you a creative marketer who thrives on testing strategies and discovering what really moves the needle? We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our global marketing team at Keycafe. In this role, you’ll take ownership of a specific vertical, like hotels or auto dealerships, and build a marketing playbook from scratch. You’ll create and execute campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social, blog, paid media, webinars, and more, with the goal of identifying the most effective growth levers for your industry.

In this role, you’ll:

• Become a subject matter expert in a specific vertical ( hospitality, automotive, etc.)
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (email, blog, paid ads, webinars, podcasts, etc.)
• Write compelling, high-quality content in professional business English for blogs, websites, and newsletters
• Create targeted email marketing campaigns tailored to different industries and buyer personas-
• Manage and grow social media presence across platforms
• Produce webinars and podcasts to support awareness and lead generation
• Analyze market trends and customer data to uncover new opportunities
• Coordinate and support marketing events and industry partnerships
• Track, measure, and report on campaign performance to optimize future effort.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on messaging and ensure campaign success
• Stay current with best practices in digital marketing, automation tools, and analytics

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or sales enablement

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

• Fluent English speaker and writer (business professional level)

• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills

• Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms

• Experience with email marketing and newsletter development

• Familiarity with SEO principles and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Semrush is a bonus)

• Experience using ChatGPT and other AI tools to enhance marketing outputs

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• A creative mindset and results-driven attitude
• Fluent in German
