RN/LPN Pediatric Private Duty Nurses (Needed ASAP) Job description: IMMEDIATE NEED for Private Duty Pediatric Registered Nurses & Licensed Practical Nurses in the Louisville KY area for Day & Nights Shifts. Full and Part time shifts for Day & Over Night Available for RNs & LPNs. Hourly Pay RN: $32-$38 and LPN $25-32. Requirements:

• Current unrestricted RN or LPN license in Kentucky
• Pediatric Experience preferred
• Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
• Minimum one (1) year of documented experience required with bedside care preferred
• Experience with g-tubes, trachs/vent and cath care preferred
• Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance
• Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities:

• Provide thoughtful care to client & patients based on personalized Plan of Care
• Monitor and track changes in the client/patient’s conditions and needs, and keeps the Nurse Manager and any other appropriate personnel informed
• Proactively updates client/patients’ family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns
• Strong attention to detail, interpersonal and organization skills needed

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate: * Louisville, KY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: * Nursing: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: * BLS Certification (Preferred)
