Qualifications: - Previous installation experience required.
- CDL drivers license a plus (higher pay depending upon experience)
- 5 years plus in in electric sign installation with knowledge of 120v/277 electrical systems.
- Able to read and understand detailed shop drawings, site plans, and sign location drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Must be results driven, have strong organizational skills and willingness to lend a hand.
- Crane Operator Certification a plus but not required
- Experience in construction, welding, fabrication and metal all relate
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
- Able to operate heavy machinery such as aerial lifts, forklift, backhoe, arguer, etc.
- Physical ability for heavy lifting when needed (50+ lbs)
- Understanding of basic vehicle maintenance
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and at heights up to 100 feet plus.
- Flexible
- Quick reaction times to short deadlines
- Must be able to keep up in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi-task and reflect a positive attitude towards challenging job requirements
- Enthusiasm and ideas; A+ people need only apply
- High school diploma
- Ability to be covered by Trademark Sign Insurance. Clean driving record with no major or recent violations, valid Driver License, at least 21 years of age.
- Light travel and some overnight required (advanced notice provided)
