About Us

The RRT program is the company’s response to an increased need for licensed and certified medical professionals within healthcare facilities experiencing a surge due to a disaster such as the COVID-19 pandemic and other organizational challenges. OPCO temporarily deploys licensed Certified Medication Aides. Members will typically deploy for six (6) weeks to eight (8) weeks and work up to 12 hours on an AM or PM shift during 24-hour operations depending on the facility’s needs. Active license/certification required.

Training and Deployment

• RRT members will be trained and oriented for five (5) days on processes, company equipment and software, and service delivery.
• Training includes classroom orientation, hands-on training, and preceptorship.
