Shifts Available: Full-time Days (7a–7p) & Nights (7p–7a) | Rotating Weekends
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $35.65 – $47.64 per hour (based on experience)
Shift Differentials: +$4.00/hr for Nights and Weekends

Position Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Med-Surg nurse to step into a frontline leadership role as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) at a 585+ bed Level I Trauma Center. The CNC serves as the "engine" of the unit, balancing direct patient care with administrative oversight to ensure high-quality outcomes and efficient throughput.
Key Responsibilities
Shift Leadership: Direct and evaluate nursing care during your shift to ensure clinical excellence
Throughput Management: Support admissions and discharges to optimize bed capacity and patient flow
Mentorship & Development: Serve as a clinical resource for staff, assisting with hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Quality Oversight: Participate in patient service assessments and implement nursing strategies such as hourly rounding and employee engagement
Staff Supervision: Manage staffing logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation while maintaining a 6:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
Service Recovery: Proactively address patient and family concerns to ensure a high-quality experience
Qualifications
Experience:
Strong, recent Acute Care Med-Surg experience required
Preferred: Recent Charge RN experience in Med-Surg
Minimum: 2+ years as a Staff RN in an Acute Care Med-Surg unit
Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (Diploma, ADN, or BSN); BSN preferred
Licensure: Current RN license in the state of practice or active Compact/Multistate license
Certifications: BLS and ACLS required (to be obtained within 30 days of hire)
