🛠️ What You’ll Do

As a Junior Fundraising Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our campaigns:

• Represent trusted, high-impact nonprofit organizations at live fundraising events and outreach campaigns

• Initiate meaningful conversations, share powerful stories , and inspire new donors to support important causes

• Keep accurate records of donor interactions and contributions

• Assist with event logistics , setup, and onsite coordination

• Work closely with your team to exceed fundraising goals and campaign targets

• Attend regular training sessions and receive in-field coaching to strengthen your communication and outreach skills

• Serve as a compassionate advocate for causes that change lives
