As a Registered Nurse , you will deliver high-quality nursing oversight and partner with managers, caregivers, and medical professionals to ensure exceptional care. This role blends clinical expertise with education, problem-solving, and advocacy—perfect for an RN who enjoys both hands-on involvement and leadership responsibilities.
Conduct monthly RN oversight assessments in accordance with regulatory and agency standards.
Perform medication reviews, assessments, and provide medication-related training to staff.
Teach Level One Medication Aide courses as needed.
Occasionally accompany individuals to medical appointments to support communication and continuity of care.
Complete accurate, timely monthly documentation.
Review and maintain medication and medical equipment orders; ensure proper administration.
Build and update Medication Administration Records (MARs).
Ensure compliance with HRST, state requirements, and DMH guidelines.
Collaborate with physicians, managers, and support staff to keep orders and protocols current.
Provide training on equipment usage, medication administration, and staff delegations.
Maintain professional and accurate billing notes.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Must pass a Family Care Safety Registry screening.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (or higher nursing credential).
Strong work ethic; ability to accept supervision and constructive feedback.
Dependable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling needs.
Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with individuals served, team members, and community partners.
Ability to lift 50 lbs+ .
Valid driver’s license; ability to meet fleet insurance requirements; maintain personal auto insurance.
Ability to complete all agency-required training within 90 days (CPR/First Aid, Level One Med Aide, Abuse/Neglect, Level One Med Aide Instructor credentials, etc.).

Pay: $40–$45/hour
