Our mission is to glorify God by connecting people to something beautiful, and we are looking for a team member that will share our values and commitment to excellence.

Position Overview

Additionally, this individual would have an understanding of creating plans for outdoor residential spaces.

  3. Oversee all phases of landscape projects from start to finish including specifying plants, materials, and the layout of hardscape elements like patios and walkways.
  4. Manage and direct landscaping crews ensuring that the work is completed to Ables Landscapes standards.
  5. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the project whilst also discussing project goals, vision, and budget.
  6. Develop and manage project budgets, track time and materials, and schedule equipment.
  7. Collaborate with designers, architects, and other vendors to bring the projects vision to life.
  8. Address unexpected challenges and implement solutions.
  9. Utilize knowledge of horticulture, plant hardiness, climate, and construction principles to create functional and sustainable designs.

Qualifications

  1. At least 3 years of professional experience in the landscape industry with a focus on project management or landscape design.
  2. A degree or certification in Landscape Design, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, Horticulture, Plant Science, or a related science (preferred).
  3. Proficiency in computer-aided design programs like AutoCAD.
  4. Proven ability to read and interpret detailed landscape architectural drawings and construction documents.
  5. Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
  6. Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Aspire, LMN, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
  7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Why Join Us

  1. Be part of a team that values craftsmanship, precision, and design excellence.
  2. Work on extraordinary projects with high-end clientele and renowned designers.
  3. Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
  4. Comprehensive benefits package.
  5. Growth opportunities within a respected, forward-thinking company.
